list away guys...just want to know what they are besides the mother board one b/c i am new and i am about to purchase one...i want to pimp it out the but not brick it so thanks in advance for help

anything that has anything todo with the flash has a chance of bricking a psp,but as long as you read through and double check everything it should be fine.

as for the list heres some stuf that has access to the flash

xflash
pspset
psppersonlise

theres probally loads more but thats all could think of

i think theres something made by sony called x-track in some homebrew files and upgrades u to 2.81 and if u cancel or turn offf ur psp its bricked lol can 1.5 get bricked?

of course you can brick a 1.5 lol,about the homebrew as long as you download it from a trusted site ie psp hacks or http://pspupdates.qj.net/ it should be fine.
