i have heard that there is a program so you can make your own devhook iff this is true could someone point me in the right direction

No, there aren't any programs that make DevHooks.
Are you talking about DevHook mods?
There are programs that install DevHook for you and have mods that you can select to install. You can also make your own mods.

hes talkin about creating a custom GUI and there is a program somewhere that allows you to do it I just cant find the thing for nothin.
