OK, so what I want is to be able to play nds roms on my ds, while being the most cost efficient. I'm thinking that one of these might be good (I don't need GBA compatibility but it would be nice) what do you guys think?

I'd suggest the M3, but instead of the EZPass3 get the Passcard3 - match up the manufacturers to prevent any type of 'locking out'. Some manufacturers (not sure which ones) have lock codes, it won't boot a flash cart unless that was made by them
