Your connection is sufficient but not that great(no offence or anything). You need to do some port forwarding on your router and look at some of the guides stickied at the top of the p2p section :)

Grrrr sorry I was answering your other one here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/397177 They were right next to each other and I clicked the wrong one,I looked at both and thought they were the same one lol.My bad

Well I know wt u r saying I mean the connection ppl have over here is just wow, anyways u said I need to do some port forwarding but the thing is I already tried tht and the main problem I faced was I could not open my router using the gateway, And also this sudden decrease in speed happened really suddenly I mean 1 week it is at its max and another week it just goes down.

ok I have to say somethin, my other thread(http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/397190) was closed and the reason was "closed due to you having the same discussions here - http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/397177)
But if you had actually read it, I wrote tht thread because I wanted to know wt kind of connection other ppl have and how much speed they get.

i have cable...but i don't forward ports because i think comcast is blocking bittorrent, i still get some speeds but its normaly only 10kps, but then it also depends on what the ratio of seeds to leechers are, and if its a private or public tracker, etc
