Hey yall i just got my new psp giga, seeing all this info from here making me dizzy... can some one please tell me which one i should follow in order to play CSO files and UMD rips.

there are too many emulation software in here and i dont know which one to use.

i have a Ridge Racer and Pro Evo 5 in UMD rip format...

HELP!!!!

what firmware? you need to be 1.5 for anything to work for you mate! make sure also that you dont have a TA-082 motherboard. post back and ill goive you further information

i got 2.81 the latest installed...

nah not necessarily...theres some "newer" psp's out there that are 2.71 and dont have a ta-082 motherboard. if its 2.71 or lower it can be downgraded as long as it doesnt have the ta-082 motherboard.

Search around on some of these forums or just type TA- Whatever into google, but im poitive if you just lurk around in the forums you will find people talking about it.

hey a 2.81 isnt good.. just return da psp n get a new one...hopefully it will be a 2.5 or 2.6 but best would be any of them with no ta-082cause theres an eloader u can use now that doesnt need the gta but if u had gta it would be better
