yes,that is i was thinking if i could make an iso image from my psp umd from the psp??
coz one of my friend wants this game called initial D,hope u guys know bout it coz it's real old now rite.so is there any software or programs that could take it out of the umd??

you could a program called fastloader and copy th whole iso to the memstick...
than you can put it on ur pc...
then take out the file you want....
ONLY WORKS ON FIRMWARE 1.5

Fastloader v7 will rip it, all u gotta do is add .iso to the end
or there are some other programs out there too, i forget what else there is, someone else will post about their favorite ways to do it, but i like to use Fastloader.

but what if your psp is 2.60 is there anyway to get through it.
coz i can't downgrade now coz of the ta-082 mb

If you run homebrew, you can use FileAssistant 0.4 to copy the whole UMD to the memory stick.

hey frankie it works,but when u go to the umd disk,is it u have to copy all the files to memory stick and then what do u do,or is it i'm wrong what i did

so anyone still has any bright ideas coz i really want to make an image from the umd.
any softwares can work for psp 2.6 TA-082,
it would be better if i could do it via usb to computer,if cannot tell me some other ways,thanks guys

nevermind but thanks anyway i found out that i have to use the eLoader porter 0.9.8 to emulate file assistant 0.4 that frankie was talking about.i copy all the files from the umd to the memory stick then i transfer it to my computer then after that use umdgen 3.50 to make the iso,great aye.i love it when it works cool device noobz.eu made.thank to noobzs and frankies advice.
Oh and sorry for the large sig i'll try to make it smaller.
