My kid wants to play now ( after watching me) and i dont want him to scratch the origonal.

i have been able to backup other games and this one is being a pain in the neck. the disc is clean and scratch free.

has anyone else been able to back it up?.

i used decrypter. burned iso. used swap magic and fliptop. tried normal and special boot. i get the pink border each time. i also tried this method with older version of swap magic . my ps2 is an older model, not sure wich exactly. the iso size was about 3.5 gb.

Try image burn or Nero? Also what dvd media are you using?

found the problem. bad media. used Ridata 8X worked fine.

Good that worked for you just keep in mind that you will have problems with games and laser using bad media, so always use good media.

BTW its an awesome game
