everytime i try to upgrade my Nero 7 ultra i get the error

"CANNOT locate Nero productsetup file npsu.dll

i have reinstalled multiple times to no avail.

Also when burning a movie, all i have are CD options, it does not see my DVD player.

Help!

Hi buliwyf76
Try uninstalling Nero completely (write down serial # 1st) run the clean tool, reboot, run a registry cleaner like ccleaner
then reinstall Nero - just download that latest one from Nero's site.

See if gets the burner recognized. May help with the update bit in product center next time a new version comes out.

I am having the same problem..have uninstalled and put a fresh install on a re formatted Windows XP...not luck.

Download the update from Nero's site - the latest is 7.5.1.1. Then install. Try updating this way.
