my friend has a 2.60 psp should i do the gta way or upgrade to 2.7 then downgrade??

they are both fairly safe. i personally think the Tiff 2.71 way is easier though

umm i would yo the 2.7 way but i already did the gta way with my pc but if the % of bricking is the same then i think i will do the gta way

yeah both are safe as long as you dont have a TA-082 motherboard

if u upgrade to 2.71 u will have only one option to downgrade but if u try gta one first nd if it doesnt work u will have the option to go to 2.71 and try the tiff one as second option...try not to upgrade untill the gta one is not working anyway!!!

It doesn't make a Flying **** which way he does it at all. He can downgrade from either firmware as long as he has a correct mobo.
