These are my ideas for your gaming rig...since you do not have a budget I kept the price at a high-midrange.

--This case has just enough room for tons of upgrading and really good air circulation because of its 4 fans.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16811146027

--This board is extremely pricy! I'm only advising you get this because it has miles of upgrading potential and has AM2 which means it supports duel core (only for AMD though). And it also has DDR2 Memory (which is good).
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813136014

--I personally have this card and highly recommend it over any high end card in SLI.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16814150154
OR
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130061
(Only if you aren?t going to SLI the 6800)

--This PSU is very powerful and supports SLI. With this Power supply you can run anything.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16817194001

--Also again going back to the motherboard idea; I am only advising you to get this extremely powerful CPU over one of its lesser counter parts is because you wont need to upgrade for a very long time.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16819103861

--With these two 1gig Memory sticks, any new game will be crushed. And when its time to get more sticks just buy two more of the same type and have a total of 4gigs.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16820145038

--The Western Digital Series is the best and I own this HD as well and it has had no hick-ups at all in the year that I?ve had it.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16822144701

--LITEON is one of the best CD Drive Specialists out there and these two will handle games, movies, and media.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16827106013
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16827106039

--You might say that you don?t need a dedicated sound card, but until you've experienced it there's no way you could turn back.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16829102188

--The Arctic Freezer will keep your AMD FX-62 very chilly and running smoothly.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16835185125R

--This extra PCI cooler helps to reduce you GPU's ambient temp. and help to cut down on your VGA's core temp.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16835114024
--------------------------------Total: $1932

Over all, this gaming rig will destroy any game thrown at it. Although it is pricey you won?t need to upgrade for a very, very long time. The only things I?m leaving up to you is Software choices.

Also if you have any ideas or suggestions feel free to ask.

my budget is around 1200 and do you know what is the difference between ATI radeon and nVidia Geforce because a lot of people say that ATI is clearly better.

There's not much of a difference between the two, their basically twins in much of the same sense, although NVIDIA?s early versions of GeForce is more powerful than ATI's early Radeons'.

Well to keep in your budget range i would recomend an NVIDIA 7900 512mb GT or an ATI X1900.

----And by software I meant your OS.
