2.0 v 1.5 Whats better????? And Why?

I am confused on whether or not to keep a v2.0 or 1.5, I have been constantly upgrading and downgrading seeing whats better but i have no clue. The only thing good about the 1.5 is the homebrew and to me that gets boring very quickely considering i have a soft modding xbox with all that crap on it. Plus people keep talking about how cool there MODDED PSP v1.5 is. Besides the homebrew how is it MODDED. Am I just blind, and there are sweet A$$ programs that ACTUALLY MOD your psp. IE: change stuff on the menu screen or let you do cool things? So far the only program i have encoutered is X-Flash, and that is only a silly program letting me change fonts and that stuff. But for the v2.0 I have the web browser which is pretty cool, and I also tried out that X5 Aqua program but that is only a program for the web browser and goes away every time you close out of the browser.
I guess what i am trying to say here is that I want a program that is friken sweet. That actually changes the menu of the psp or the psp itself. To go onto the internet with a v1.5 would also be sweet. And to get a program like the X5 aqua, but for the menu of the psp would be cool (so when you start your psp it would be like starting a computer, have the start menu programs).
And for godsake when are we going to be able to have Limewire on are psp?

limewire on a psp? makes no sense. get a wireless laptop you want that.

limewire on a psp doesnt really make sense. for one thing if u downloaded a compressed archive such as a rar there would be no way to extract it. even if u could extract a rar on a psp it owuld take ages considering the processor is only 333mhz. everyone is gonna say to use 1.5. 1.5 has the possibility of loading game backups. and if u keep uprgading and downgrading why not stay at 1.5 and install devhook. then u can use 1.5 and 2.71 without constantly upgrading and downgrading.

@hex you can extract rar files on psp with a plugin to irshell

yes theres a couple modding programs to change backgrounds, change the menu names, change multiple sounds, and a whole lot more. check out x-flash at http://www.psp-hacks.com

Also is there a good tutorial on how to install Basalisk ll on the psp. if not can someone send me a quick tutorial on how to install because foe some reason it wont work for me.
Baslisk ll: A program that allows a "mac computer" to be on your psp.
And also i know about X Flash, if you readed my long paragraph, ARE THERE ANY OTHER PROGRAMS that can ACTUALLY mod the psp.
Because the X-Flash to me is dumb.

Hey, limewire on a psp is possible. I used to have it, you have to do it through the web browser. It was limewirepsp.com or something like that i forgot the address. But it is possible I wish I got the address back :(

no one ever said it wasnt possible it just wouldnt make sense.
1.) wireless connections arent stable and the psp isnt very fast with it
2.) it would take AGES to extract an iso out of a compressed archive if it came compressed and more often then not they are to decrease downloading time.

I know theyre 2 different things. Thats why I said I thought it was FOR 7zip and NOT rar.
