Emulating 2.71 in devhook

Hey guys, I'm having a problem emulating 2.71 in devhook. My firmware is 2.71, and I wanted to play valkerie profile, so I emulate 1.5 with the new devhook. And since the game requires a higher firmware, I looked around for a 2.71 dump.

I did find a devhook download which included the 2.71 dump, so I downloaded it, and put the 2.71 files into my current devhook folder.

So I went on my psp, emulated 1.5, and then I emulated 2.71. But once I do that, I can't use homebrew. Did I do something wrong in the process?

And if someone could please check my files to see if I did it right, that would be great.

Firstly... Don't bump.

I guess you mean an ISO of Valkerie Profile.. yes ?

If you have a 2.71FW then you need to downgrade before you even think of running devhook and ISO's.

Sorry for bumping. And my 2.71 is a ta-082. That's why I'm using the devhook port for 2.71. The only thing stopping me from playing the iso is that it keeps saying I need to update my system software. I don't know why, but the 2.71 dump I have isn't working, when I try and access the 2.71 emulation, it just crashes the psp.
