I don't own a DS though I have a question. First of all I don't know if it's piracy or not I am talking about here.

Alright. If there any way just back-up your cartrige? (Same file.)

Do people anywhere sell empty cartriges? What kind of a plug to you need to connect cartrige to a computer? Is there any way to put movie on a cartrige and watch it? Thanks

^_^ no sig.

they don't sell empty cartridges for each single game.. its more like something that you can use your SD card/CF cards with. You save the games/ROMs onto the SD/CF card, and then stick it into the adapter which goes into your DS. Then you can run movies, music, etc from your SD card on your DS.

If you're using the DS Lite.. a Supercard Lite is one of the few choices out there (aside from M3 Lite and the EZ4 series, along with everything else out there). Its a decently priced unit and it fits perfectly into the GBA slot on your DS Lite: http://www.getyourgameshere.com/store/su...crosd-p-45.html

To get it to run DS roms though, you will need the Superkey http://www.getyourgameshere.com/store/superkey-p-49.html

Once you have both of those items, and a microSD card (NOT miniSD).. you will be able to run everything you are talking about. This set up is perfect and cost efficient for DS games. If you're looking for GBA support, the M3 series is the best (G6 Lite also)

Ok, the Supercard Lite is about $60 and Micro SD 512 MB is about $50. In total of $110. Just to clarify, the Supercard Lite is like removable card drive that connects to your computer and writes stuff like movies and games from computer to the MicroSD card.

Alright, I kind of not sure about the MicroSD card's shape and don't know how it'll fit into the DS.

Though I have couple of questions. When you put a movie on your DS, the size of the movie is definitely smaller than normal size, correct?

Also, can you (just asking) donwload DS game and put it and play it with no problem on the MicroSD?? Ehm, the MicroSD is big, so you can fit many DS games on it, will they work if you put all of them on one MicroSD? Sorry if weird. Thanks.

The supercard lite is the adapter needed. The MicroSD card is what you write stuff onto like movies and games, and then you plug it into the Supercard lite to play it on your DS Lite

MicroSD is extremely small. Take a look on this page: http://www.getyourgameshere.com/store/su...crosd-p-45.html

In the picture, you'll see a small slot at the top of the Supercard lite. This is where the microSD card fits in, and it sticks out maybe 1mm at most.

Movie size is definitely smaller, since its on a smaller screen and different compression. Also, the quality isn't as clear as it would be on a PSP or iPod Video, but its still bearable.

Yeah, you can have multiple games per microSD card. a 512MB card would hold roughly 6-10 games depending on the sizes. Most games range in the 32 MB-64MB sizes, while there are some that are as big as 128MB.
