Hey all,
I have some family dvds that come from and old-ish video recorder. Theres a whole heap of bad hissing in the background audio. I'd rip them again but have lost the tapes. I have them now as VOB files on my hdd, is there a way to remove the audio hiss by somehow reauthoring the video and save it back as a VOB so I can burn back to dvd?

AVS Video tools maybe help. It is shareware $39.95. Find it with search engines.
