PSP Video express isnt a really good psp converter. Use PSP Video 9 or buy Xilisoft PSP converter, those are the two main converters, but anyway. You browse the location of your windows video file, then hit "record" and it will record the video. Thats a really bad way to convert videos, but thats just me.

Someone just recently turned me onto PMP AVC mod. I heard a lot of great things about PMP for PSP, but never gave it a chance before. All I can say is that I'm sorry I waited so long. The quality of PMP AVC video is on par with UMD video, and, in my opinion, far better than PSP Video 9 and Nero Digital (via Recode 2). And with Xvid4PSP, the conversion task is simple. Sorry, I know this is a little off topic, but this homebrew really should not be overlooked if you enjoy watching movies on your psp.

i use 3gp converter it renames the file for you and all that good stuff plus its free get it here
