Make sure your UDP is also checked.
This is how I have my Linksys setup:

you might just try changing your port in utorrent to a port higher thain 6200 and that should solve your problem

Well, some thigns to make sure...
1. Go back to your original port, ignore the 6200 comment.
2. Make sure the port you've chosen in the client is the same one you're trying to enter in the router.
3. Ignore UDP, you don't *need* it. If you really want to open it, just make another rule w/ the same port.
4. Make sure that 192.168.1.1 is the IP of your local computer. You might be xxx.1, or xxx.2, or etc. Or 01, or...well, you get the idea.
Start there, and report back if you still have troubles.

another thing to check is your firewall, make sure your not in stealth mode as my firewall has this feature and if i am stealth I cannot connect.

Check your local area connection in your network connections.

I don't use utorrent, so I'm no help there. To find your local IP, go start/control panel/network connections, then double click on your network connection, then click the support tab.
As for creating rules in the windows firewall,I don't know, lol, I disabled that long ago. I would actually either suggest you just disable it while downloading or try a real firewall.

I see that your IP address is 192.168.0.12, try changing your IP to 192.168.1.12 and put this into your router configurations.

i got it :)
Checking port 49150 on
OK! Port 49150 is open and accepting connections.
You will be able to receive incoming BitTorrent connections
i had to add this number 192.168.1.101
thank god :) that is the number that came up automatically in firewall settings
