I have just recently obtained a copy of action replay max evo version, and i am trying to load a few cheats into my backed up games. when i load cheats and play my real version of mgs3: snake eater all is fine, however when i try to load cheats into my rebuilt backed up copy of gt4 it says action replay cannot read the disc. now is there any way to get around this problem? if so thankyou vey much

are we to assume that the gt4 backup works fine without the armax?

well my ps2 is hardware modded with a
Matrix Infinity so i usually just stick the game in and start it.
the ar max disc is a backup copy

Your chip is only active for booting AR MAX. Once that boots, and its asking you for the game disc, your chip isnt functional for the purposes of booting a backup game from within AR MAX. Its something to do with the way MAX loads & functions.

Get hold of Codebreaker. It'll work with that & its a better product anyway. If you're gonna download it though, you'd be better trying to get hold of 'v9.2 cracked', as I cant remember if any other newer version works with the MI chip
