i've been using hen_c to run devhook...
but im not sure exactly wut it's supposed to do...
they talk about static elf..and runs almost all homebrews...
if i upgrade my hen_b to hen_c can i run homebrews that only run on fw 1.5?

well it said in the article that u can launch homebrews in devhook 2.71 but i think not all of them works.only a few.
but still is a great update rite.
and the "HENC" boot still freezes most of the time,i just hope cthey would fix this.

yup this still freezes the psp but did u try any of the homebrews on devhook 2.71.shik this is horrible i tried bookR and when it boots to the psp logo it hangs there,shik i think i'm better of to boot homebrews on devhook 1.5 still

damn..i cudn't lol
wen i ran devhook port for 2.71, i selected fw 1.5 but it would turn off after hitting black screen...
and i've already put fw 1.5 dump in dh/150 folder
(btw whats the difference between dh/150 and dh/150F?)

yes i can emulate 1.5 great funtioning.i can load irshells,bookr,file assistant 0.4.don't get file assistant 0.7 have to many problems i saw in a forum said that it brick their psp but this is up to u if u believe me or not

oh sorry back to ur question did u place the reboot.bin in
dh/150 coz if u don't it will just go to black screen and just switch off

i did...
i just downloaded fw 1.5 dump from psp-hacks
it came with flash0, flash1, and reboot.bin....
keeps turning off !! ugh
looks like im not the only one having problems either

i made an easy installer for u guys

the file name is psp helping.7z,just click on it.

u need WinRAR to open it,if u don't have it then download it here

just overwrite the files and boot HEN then devhook0.4x for 2.71 rite then set the settings

umd select : for example:guiltygearjudgement then umd+image
firmware : 1.50
cpu clock : 222/111
boot select : reboot XMB.
and it will go to 1.50 and say that "game could not load" this is normal if it does load the game then that mean game support 1.50 just exit the game.good luck share this with those guys if u want
