wut do u mean mp3 converter?
like u wanna change the frequency to make mp3 files smaller?
or u wanna change the file format of ur mp3s? (example: AAC -> mp3?)
i think itunes can do that =D

creative mediasource is good. it can convert mp4, wav , ogg, wma , wmapro , wma lossless etc.

Another real good one is Xilisoft Audio Converter.

That is AWESOME! Converts all the main audio file extensions except AT3.
