when i insert part b, the wedge that keeps the diskbreak out of the way, it doesn't mofe the wedge enough and the disk starts hitting the part. Is it a faulty part or what and how can i fix it.

It has to be faulty or your just not inserting it right.When inserting it,hold the disk break and then put part b in.
