hi i've read that some ppl got their ps2s to read DVD+R so i'd like to ask which media DVD+R actually does work on ps2s?

It doesnt really matter what brand of +R you get, if your PS2 won't read +R discs, then it won't read +R discs.
All PS2's can read -R, but not all can read +R discs, and even less can read RW discs.

Stick with DVD-R, that way you can be sure your PS2 will read them, and you don't have to worry about booktyping discs prior to burning.

I use Verbatim 16X DVD+Rs and they work just fine.
