I have just got swap magic for my playstation
and I am having troubles with burning.
I have DVD Decrypter and Nero and I have
verbatim DVD-R (since my driver cant booktype DVD+R's)
and I followed the guide found on this site.
The disc's Has a max speed of x16
and ive been told to burn at speeds lower than half the max speed.
I use swap magic and when i insert the backup
a message appears saying "not a ps2 disc".

Thanks to any help or links given.

Use DVD Decrypter to burn your disks and you should be fine.If that doesnt work your backup may be corrupted or your media is just bad.And if you want to get another media i would suggest getting FUJIFILM DVD-R

RITEK G05 8x DVD-R would be my recommendation. 2000 backups with no coasters - 100% success rate.

Tried to burn DMC3 instead and the screen said
"Not a valid PS2 Disc"
Do you have any other ideas.

Who cares about ps2nfo? They're a bunch of conmen & rip-off merchants that extort money from their members by banning them for nothing, then forcing them to pay to have their ban lifted. They also steal apps etc.. from other people by ripping of their hard work & sticking ps2nfo on it, claiming it as their own!!
