Please answer this question :

1.When it comes to video quality , is it true that MPEG4 and H.264 have the same quality? No difference at all?(always talking about quality)

2.I have noticed that alot of people use 350kbps quality but i have read that PSP can go up to 768.. Considering the fact that people say 350 is the best for PSP, shall i assume that there is no (visable at least) different for the eye on the psp screen, if i increase it to 768?

1. Well, both formats have kind of the same quality but it depends on what settings you convert it to.

Dont know much about the second question. Hopefully someone will help you on that one.
