WiFi Controller Question

I got the PSP to be able to connect to the computer with WiFi Controller. I opened WiFi Controller and it connected to the computer but when I press the buttons on the PSP, nothing happens on my computer. I have PSPHost and the Sockettext.exe/Wificontroller.exe (i think that is the name) on. I tried going into DevHook to find my folder but it wouldn't find anything. Do I need to use iR shell or something? Thanks in advance.
