Ok so Im new to this and i have been reading about downgrading and stuff like that and getting it bricked. How can I play old games like mario brothers and super nitendo games on it. Do I have to downgrade and what files will I need to do this. I also read that everytime to want to play the games you have to go through the process again is that true. I think I m talking about an emulator for my game. Please help me I went out and got a memory stick today but noone has helped me and I have been reading for a week now and Im lost. If I dont have to downgrade then that would be great. please help me.

ok i can help but 1st what firmwire do you have on your psp?

and to play nintendo games u will need the snes emulator let me find a link

thanks for trying to help me i have been reading for the last week now about this stuff. I have a 2.60 people say the best thing to do is downgrade to a 1.5 but if i cann play mario and pacman without downgraing then i would ratherdo that.

ok I dont have that game grand theft auto is there another way i can downgrade if I have to. I went to that link but there was so many and most said what version 1.5 and I dont have that. Can someone tell me the main reason why I would want to downgrade if I can just use an emulator???

with a 1.5 you will be able to do any thing with the psp and wont have to worry about having gta game and what not

and best thing to do is upgrade to 2.71 that way u wont need the gta game u will just be able to emulate 1.5

this is the 2.71 upgrade just make a folder in the game folder called UPDATE
