hi ive downloaded the latest version of Azureus 2.5.0.0
ive forwarded ports correctly
theres 69 peers one the one file when i come to upload it only 2-3 peers are connecting to me me and the upload speed is about 10kb
and my isp upload is about 45kb
what can i do
please help

I am not sure why that is, maybe you are trying to upload during peak times.

And can you just tell me how you found out your upload speed is about 45kb, as in is that what your ISP told you or was it from a speed test?

Possible reason, the people you are uploading to might not be able to download fast enough for you to increase your upload speed.
