is there any way that my swap magic disc just doesn't work? cause i've done everything right when backing up my games.

Is Swap Magic booting? If so, then it works.
If your games don't boot, then its most likely the brand of DVD you're using.
What brand are they? Are they +R or -R? If +R, are you booktyping to DVD-ROM before burning? And what is the max speed of the disc & speed you're burning at?

i use sony dvd+r's and booktype. i burn at 4x.
