I had to change my motherboard and when i did, everytime i try to play a star wars video game, i get an error saying that the 3D video card is not installed. Does that mean i do n't have a video card?

I have Directx 9.0C, windows XP home. I tested direcDraw the results were:
-all tests were successful
-Direct 3D functionally not available. You should verify the drivers is a final version from the hardware manufacturer
