I want to download roms and live in the united states but dont know which versions to download. E or U?

U = United States
E = Europe

You should own the games before downloading, though.

This brings to mind an interesting question to me... Its not illegal to download a backup if you own the original cartridge... does that work if you own the american version of the cartridge but download a rom from europe, or japan, etc? I dont think it would matter, but still, interesting thought nonetheless.

Its illegal to download ANY cartridge.. the only legal way to play a backup is to make your own backup.. but backup devices are illegal.. so it leaves no room at all for anything :P
