first make sure you have a safe mobo to downgrade by checking the sticky,if you safe use this to update to 2.71 http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/525
once youve updated to 2.71 use this http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/755 to downgrade

i am not responsible if you brick but the downgrader is perfectly safe.
