Any way to make is smaller so it doesnt freeze and take like 27 minutes to start a freakin game.

Not unless you want to rip stuff out of the game, like movies, sounds, crowd animations etc..
Try burning to better media.

I got the NTSC USA version to work just fine without having to rebuild it. I am using Swap Magic 2.0 on a V7 PS2. I burned with Verbatim DVD-R media at 2x.

I've played a few games on it so far and it hasn't been choppy or anything. Everything loads pretty quick too.

What media and speed are you using?

I rebuilt the NTSC version. It took the TOC from 4.36gb to 4.33GB. That's not much, but it's a difference. Games over 4.34GB give me problems with swap magic.

I rebuilt my NBA Live 07 wit Gnie Expert. I burned it at 4x wit DVD Decrypter. It was working and everything and played it. When i picked my team and went to da loading screen, it will load for like 1 minute den freeze. Sum1 help me!!
