Sega Genesis emulator trouble

I downloaded DGEN Sega Genesis emulator and I dont know where to put the files these are the names:

EDOOT.PBP, MENU.PNG, SKIN.PNG, BG.PNG, where do the files go? And also I downloaded Sonic the Hedgehog rom and I dont know where to put that either, please help!

PSP life: 1.00 > 1.50 > 2.00 > 2.50 > 2.60 > 2.71 > 2.81 >> 1.50 > 3.03 OE-C > 3.52 M33-3 > 3.90 M33-3 > 5.00 M33-6 - Trying to go back to 3.90 M33-3 but no one will help me :(

By the way my PSP is BRICKED if any nice person wants to help revive my psp please message me or answer one of my threads.

What version did you download, I had trouble with the most recent one. It kept saying it could launch, so I just went down a version and got it working fine. And just put the roms in a seperate folder called ROMS. You can make that new foler inside the Dgen folder.

Try and give 1.6 a try, that is the one that works for me.

Is would be nice if you could upload it to rapidshare cause i cant find a 1.6 download off of google (at least not in english, come on, do I loook like I speack Japanese? :P )

When I go to game and press on DGEN 1.6 for 1.50 it says the game could not be started, the data is corrupted

Thats the site I got the download from the Japanese site linked to that website and I got it from there, I just need to know how to install it, if im putting it in the wrong place, i have a 1.5 as stated in my sig.

You have to put both of those folders into your game folder on your psp. Then it should work fine.

i tried to get an emulator but Im not sure where to save it at so i put it under the psp file. I have a 1.5 and i have downloaded the devhook 46

You need to put all that stuff in a folder named something like Dgen. Then you need a 2nd fold another ebooter named Dgen%. Both folder go in the game folder. I made mine with Kxploit. There may be a new method, but I'm PSP old school.
