Hello

I would like to use the middle mouse button or scroll wheel function on my laptop which has a trackpad and two buttons but no scroll wheel or middle button. I mainly use the scroll wheel to scroll up and down web pages. I have heard somethings about installing software that can emulate a scroll wheel (perhaps by holding down both the left and right buttons?) but so far I haven't found much info on this for windows systems, only linux. Does anyone have any helpful information on this?

Yes I can use the cursor keys, although not on all web pages for some reason I havent figured out yet. But if the cursor is in a field and not just clicked on the page, I then have to move the mouse and click the page and then use the cursor keys. Granted its alot easier than using the scrolling buttons but still not as quick and convenient as using the middle mouse button.

I am not sure if what about to say is what marsey69 just said but assuming they are not: why dont u just use the arrow keys to go up and down? Either that or buy a mouse, the BenQ M310 mouse. It is a very good laptop mouse and I recommend it big time. Wait for it to be on special at Future Shop or Best Buy as it goes on special every once in a while.

Does your laptop have a USB or PS/2 port on it? If so, plug the sucker in, and you are in business.
