When i make a VCD, the picture is cut off all around the TV. It doesnt look like the .avi file of the video. If you dont understand then just say, and I'll try to explain it again. (ex. if the video was like this ----- in the .avi, its like this
---- on the VCD.) With TMPGE, I leave it at full screen and keep aspect ratio. Is there anything I can change to get the whole video to show up on the VCD instead of the sides being cut off?

Are you watching a 16:9 movie on a 4:3 screen?? if so then this is a possibility anyway and i would doubt you are doing anything wrong during encoding mate!
