1.) download the 2.6 update from here - http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=285
2.) Create a folder named UPDATE (use caps) inside of GAME folder.
3.) drop the update into the UPDATE folder
4.) run the update from the XMB

XMB = Cross media bar.

just get the update file for 2.60 from psp-hacks and do what hex said b4 lol again
