ok so devhook is a program that emulates other firmwares, right?
but what's irshell? what does it do?

and some games are not in .iso but in .cso or something like that.. how do i convert it to .iso?

1.) yes devhook emulates firmwares and also loads iso/cso files.
2.) irshell is a shell for the psp that lets u do a plethora of things.
3.) devhook can run cso's its basically a compressed version of an iso. you can use any psp iso compression program to uncompress back to iso.

the psp has the XMB its kind of like the os for the psp. its basically another shell to run on the psp, kind of like an os. it doesnt run on top of the firmware on the psp tho u have to run it like u run homebrew.
