Hi I followed the directions for this as best I could but after all that it said that The game could not be started(80020001)should I continue with the fast loader or try something else if so please help me.

You should use DevHook. Look on PSP-Hacks or something. Fastloader is actually outdated. Good app, but it's outdated. DevHook does everything you need and more!
