ok i posted a few days ago and was happy as I got 2/3 games to work...however none of the other 15 games I have will work!!

at first i put it down to bad rips but then I copied a working version NFS MostWanted from a mates (0.43devhook) psp...put it into my ISO/CSO folder...and nothing! froze!

I have done the following...

1. Upgraded to 2.71, then downgraded to 1.5 succesfully
2. Formatted Mem card on PSP
3. Installed Devhook 0.46 using the ultimate installer
4. Copied and pasted the ISO into the devhook ISO folder
5. Didn't change any of the standard settings
6. Also tried converting all the ISOs i had to CSO...but the fact that my mate showed me NFS working...and it didn't work on mine...suggest theres something else wrong
7. Yes, there is a tekken resurrection legitimate UMD in the drive

Still nothing!! My mate is using 0.43 succesfully...Reckon i should try an earlier version?? He copied and pasted his devhook...without using ultimate installer

Please someone help me...I'm pulling my hair out lol...feel like selling this dam psp

tried 5 different versions of GTA! none working!

i dont think installing an earlier version is going to solve anything, just means more bugs and problems...what does your psp actually do when you try and load a ISO up?

upgrade to 2.71 and then downgrade back to 1.5, i had this problem, this occurs because there is something wrong or missing in the flash

will give that upgrade/downgrade a go now...thanks

it just says : disk not read, or it freezes when reseting, or freezes when trying to load the game...

the downgrader i used had a square yellow icon and is simply called 2.71 downgrader...is this gunna be ok?

Stop! don't upgrade to 2.71 and then downgrade. upgrade to 2.00 if ur going to upgrade! and then downgrade back to 1.50.

but before u even do that use these settings.

umd mount - iso nomound or something like that.
boot select - reboot xmb
firmware - 2.71
choose the iso in the iso/cso/umd thing

it should work. if it don't put umd mount onto the second one from the top, its called iso mount or something like that.

I've tried every setting in devhook, trust me...every single combination! =[

why should i not upgrade to 2.71? whats so special about 2.0 upgrade then 1.5 downgrade? as long as the downgrader im using is ok they should have the same result...??
