I have Nero 7 premuim on my computer, but I need to find a place to download the dvd plug in so that I can take video files (.mov) and make a dvd with them so I can watch them on my tv. I have a serial for the plug in, but I don't know where I can download it from... can someone help me please? Thnaks!

Nero Premium retail version comes with the video plug-in.

The functionalities of the DVD-Video Plug-in are included in Nero 7 Premium Reloaded as well as in the Nero 6 retail package. The plug-in can only be used for Nero 7 Essentials or a Nero 6 OEM version which came bundled with hardware.
I downloaded a .mov clip for a test. I tried to open it in Nero Vision Express 4. The program would not accept it. .mov was not listed as one of the supported file types.

ConvertXtoDVD opened the .mov with no problems. You would probably be better off using that program.

I need a place to download it as like a trial then I can type in the serial... I dont want to have to pay to download it...

You don't need to download the DVD-Video Plug-in seperately. What you need is to buy the serial number that'll unlock it in your already installed nero7
