Pretty simple question really but just wanted to check

Am I able (as an iso user) to connect to another psp that is using a UMD ?

I couldnt do it the last time I tried but now I use devhook and wondered if it was any different now ?

Thanks

Yes you can, but the region of your ISO has to match that of the UMD.
