hi i have metal gear solid subsistence [jap].i patched the .iso with a NTSC DNAS code.i heard that jap games work on ps2's from NTSC.so since i patched a jap game with NTSC code.will it still work online on my NTSC ps2?

No. It won't. Still a different region. Same as trying to play PAL games online with an NTSC/UC console.
You need a JAP (NTSC/J) ID for the disc, and then either; JAP console, or a 'fat' PS2 with its internal console ID changed from NTSC/UC to NTSC/J.
