well if some of the games aren't satisfying you guys, and your basic japanese is alright, you can always look for imports.
I don't know i've tried a few, And my japanese sucks so i have no idea what the hell i'm doing but, it's fun.
I'm pretty sure though that these japanese games will eventually come to North America sooner or later, and it's usually the good ones that come over. Usually...

not all good games or imported to the north we tend to get alot of crappy games

actually i changed my mind blkmagic1, there are actually crappy games that get sent over here, and i'm starting to wonder if japan's keeping all of the gold there.
and yeah knock off that text or ebonix crap you keep typing. What, you talk like that outside? And you can't even refrain from typing it?
Edit: You know what snatch? why the hell do you even have psp if you're going to tell us to go outside and "sniff" some air when you're probably sticking your nose into it right now? And if you don't have a psp what the @#$% are you doing on this forum?

well i hope that's not the case or i'm moving to japan!
who knows i might think about going to the next Tokyo Game Show. One game that i saw on gamespy.com was monster hunter 2 and
it looked pretty sweet!
the first one i thought was good. pro evo im looking forward as it is supposed to beat fifa.

and hey do u guys hate the games where wen u finish it, theres nothing else to do with the game?DAXTER is one of them...i finished it and just went outside n played street hockey with my friends....

Well personally I think there are some great games for the PSP, that's why I bought one !!!
Also, it always takes at least 18 months before the better games start to come out. It doesn't matter what console we are talking about, it takes time for developers to fully get to grips with the capabilities of the hardware.
PS2 games pretty much sucked ass for 2 years (with a few obvious exceptions), why should the PSP be any different ?
Never understood the emulation thing though. I look back fondly at old games but when I get round to downloading them and playing them now, all it does is ruin the memory as you realise how crap they actually were.

LOL. That is true. Anyone remember Die Hard Trilogy for the PS1? I thought that game was amazing! And I probably still do. I saw a box for it in GAME the other day. Had a look and the graphics sucked so much.
I am actually hoping for an Urban Strike game. Again, on the PS1 there was an Urban Strike or was it soviet strike? But they didn't bring one out for the PS2. I want one for the PSP. Or even the PS1 version for the PSP.

yea but look at the ps3 most of the games thats coming out for it were or are already out but being redesigned with better graphics

yeah, i think it may be that some games don't offer incentives to continue playing.

do you really see the difference between the PS2 graphics and PS3 graphics?
And i'm talking about games that were made for both.
certain screenshots i see for the ps3 (which im not even sure if they're real) just look brighter and little fine tuned, and that's about it.
If they do plan on making a better system than its predecessor, then i think big improvements should be made. Not like the 360s where they say Oh! look he has a bead of sweat! Great graphics! Not to say that it has great graphics.
But back to PSP i think it has the greatest potential for all handhelds

yea you could say the psp could do that. But the bead of sweat would look like a pixel block or blocks. And i wouldn't want that s@#$ on my character's face.
you're right pspjunior, it is the lil lil features that matter, and the makers of games should spend more times on those lil lil features to make the game more appealing.

well i personally think the psp graphics are appealing, way way much more than the DS.
Thats why many of the games look so good, but then again looks don't always count and like blkmagic1 said its usually the crappy ones that get sent over here.
btw anyone liked the untold legend series for the psp?
i uh... didn't like it at all got kind of repetitive in my part..
there are the games im talking about, in this case very very dull!

i agree completely with you shade but if you look at the smackdown vs raw 07 trailer even though it says ps3 version its showing the ps2 trailer because there not even sure how all the games are gonna turn out like how they are remaking ff7 they dont know how its gonna look like or nba live that came out looking excellent on 360 but if you look at the ps3 version for the trailer it looks just like the 360 because they dont even really have one just a substitute for second best well back to psp lol AlanNguye your right at first i didnt know what to expect i personally like rpg games but untold legends series i bought all at once untold legends brotherhood of the blade and warriors code thought they both was crap i liked how you can create your own character and customize him up with tons of weapon but you could only have a certain amount of weight i thought that was ridiculous so after I beat both of them i sold them on ebay in a bundle

great game, but i was checking it out on the net. graphics look a little rough. and are you serious? all those ps3 screenshots are just basically 360 and ps2 shots? man these sony guys dont even wait for the real thing to pop up.
yeah untold legends was pretty pathetic if you ask me, i was expecting something like diablo and it didn't come close.
