First of all is it possible to change them on devhook's 2.71.

I have tried flasing the topmenu_plugin.rco to 2.71 with ThemePSP.
Also i tried replacing topmenu_plugin.rco's.
But with either method I end up with no menu names or icons.

that's something i've been trying to do as well, but through hex-editing. *shrug* i haven't had luck either.
