Nero Burning ROM Issue- Please Help

Hello Everyone,

I hope I won't be disappointed as usual, I am having this problem all of sudden, I have been using Nero for a long time.

I am trying to buy few files as data files (I have done this type thousand type no problem) using Nero burning rom.
After pressing the button burn, (first time happening) a window opens up and ask to save the image file ?.

It shoudl automatically burn it instead of asking to save image file.

Any suggestions ?

Sounds like you have selected the Image Recorder option in the Current Recorder: field. This is on the screen that has the Burn button.

Make sure you select your writer rather than image burner.

What type of files are you burning? Are they a .iso?

Hi,

The files are in DivX or XviD. I am not selecting image burn option, I am doing the same procedure as usual
1. Open Nero
2. Selecting make Data DVD(using Nero Burning ROM)
3.Selecting File from right side and dragging on to other left hand side.
4. Press Burn button
It opens the window and I press Burn.

Then after 2 second another window open and ask to save the image file.
I have not change any setting and I have burn more than 100 dvd (data files) using the same process with out any problem.

I just reinstalled the Nero and seems to be some error.
It is working fine as usual.

Just for future reference, can you tell which version you had the problem with and did you re-install the same version?
