HI..
I have a cabel connection which Offers me download speeds of up to 4Mbps (4,000Kbps) and upload speeds of up to 256Kbps.I'm using a linkysys WRT54G V.4 routor. Im using a bitcomet and i have already done a port forwarding. But than still the speed of my download is around 20kb/s. And at night my connection is very very slow. The speed will be around 1kb/s to 5kb/s. And when i'm downloading, my internet connection becomes slow and always get page not found in internet explorer.

Can someone help me PLEASE....
