I'm using a 1.5 psp, the regional code seems to be USA(its psp1001). While using devhook I can link up games with my friends. Devhook version is 0.44, i tried 0.46 too can't seem to work.

Can someone tell me is it because of the regonal code, the game, my dev hook or just that devhook users can link with another psp?

if your emulating 2.71 while playing with devhook, setup up your 2.71 ad-hoc settings
