I'm using AnyDVD v6.061 w/DVD Shrink, & I get an error message: "Invalid DVD navigation structure". I'm also using DVDFab Platinum (Gold Mode) v2.9.7.9. I get an error message "failed [2001.0]"
Any suggestions?

Hey there jaze66,

I have some advice as I am a qualified computer technition. What you need to do is download a program called infomacarina v1.8 and if u cannot find this program u should go to start --> control panel --> add hardware --> go threw harware wizard installing AnyDVD --> go to administrative tools --> computer management -- > media --> then find ur way from there. If that error message keeps coming up simply repeat this process above 3 more times.

Thanks

I hope this fixes ur problem

Your version of AnyDVD is way out of date. Current version is 6.0.8.0
I know nothing about DVDFab Platinum, but I advise you to update AnyDVD to the latest version. That is, provided you have purchased the software from Slysoft.
Also, try out CloneDVD 2 for the FREE 21 days.Combined with AnyDVD, it is a proven combo that to date is able to back up any movie.
With Very High Quality too.

Use The Best Media for The Best Burns! TYs, Verbs,(Made in Taiwan) Sony MIJs (YUDEN000 T02), Sony Made in Taiwan DVD+R 16x, Maxell MIJ, RITEK G05.

Thanks, guys.
That original message should never have been sent. I mentioned to my son that I was having trouble ripping a DVD named "Click" so I started to compose a new thread. In the meantime I worked it out.
My son started to use the PC, and thought the message was ready to go, and so he sent it.

Sorry to have taken up your time with a frivolous thread. I'll try to see that it never happens again.
Thanks,
-Jaze
