I throw in a DVD and load it and click on record and bam it sais that the program has encountered a problem and crashes. Other DVDs it gets halfway through them and does the same thing. How do I fix this??? I know several people who use this program and it works like a dream. What am I doing wrong??? Please help!

what programs are you using, and what exactly are you trying to do? is this psp related?

from what i'm hearing this looks like a DVD problem to me.
