i live in aus and download some isos. i want to know when i download them if there is any difference between us and eur isos will they both work or is there a region lock on them like xbox games and dvds. i have downloaded some iso and they work but i cant remember if they were all the same region. the game i am talking about is scarface by the way if that makes any difference. thanks.

All games are region free, only movies are region locked.

if they are region free (which i beleive you that they are) why do people put usa and eur etc. after the name of the game. is it just to say that it is in english and not jap?

Is it not the case that the the US etc will get the games first usually and usually a few tweaks are made before it is released in europe?

Yep the Jap, US and Europe versions are sometimes quite different. But you can play any of them on your PSP.

there are alot of games it seems for psp that come out in JAP and EUR before usa.
