I know that you can use an Action Replay Max with backup games an codes will work, but you can only use PAL codes on PAL games and NSTC codes on NSTC games.

So I was wondering, can you enter NSTC Action Replay Max codes on a PAL Action Replay Max, and will they work if you can.

Yes you can, and yes they will/should.

Excellent.

One other question. Is there any way to download the NTSC codelist onto the Pen Drive you get with the Action Replay Max (I can only download the PAL version). The only way I think this could be done is if someone here who can download the NTSC codelist could download it to their Pen Drive, then upload it for me so I can download it. Is there any other way that I can download the NTSC codelist besides doing this.

No. Because you'll automatically connect to the EU server with a PAL AR MAX. You'd need an NTSC AR MAX to connect to the US server.
